The Schedule
Friday, 8 July
Departing Sydney to Honolulu on a non-stop flight with Hawaiian Airlines at 9:20pm, arriving the same day at 10:10am. Flight with Hawaiian Airlines to Kona, the main airport on the Big Island. Transfer with air-conditioned coaches to the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
In the evening Sunset Cocktail Reception with alcoholic drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
Saturday, 9 July
Start the day with a Breakfast Buffet at the Hilton Waikoloa. |

Transfer to the Waikoloa Kings Course in the late morning for the first round of the "Hilton Waikoloa Village Ultimate Golf Challenge Open Pro-Am".
Welcome Dinner Party in the evening at the poolside of the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Enjoy a buffet with the best local food Hawaii has to offer with an excellent selection of red and white wine and imported beer.
Sunday, 10 July
Transfer to the Waikoloa Beach Course. After breakfast at the clubhouse tee off for the second round of the event.
Afternoon at leisure. |

In the evening you can enjoy a fantastic Polynesian Show with Hawaiian Hula Dancers, Hawaiian Dinner and cocktails.
Monday, 11 July
Start the day with a Breakfast Buffet at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
The entire day is at leisure. Explore the island, visit the Volcano National Parks, the village of Waikoloa or the former King's Palace in Kona or just play with dolphins in the private lagoon of the Hilton Waikoloa. |

Tuesday, 12 July
Transfer to the Waikoloa Kings Course for the third round of the "Hilton Waikoloa Village Ultimate Golf Challenge Open Pro-Am". Breakfast at the clubhouse.
Afternoon and evening at leisure.
Wednesday, 13 July
Transfer to the Waikoloa Beach Course for the final round of the "Hilton Waikoloa Village Ultimate Golf Challenge Open Pro-Am". Breakfast at the clubhouse.
Gala Presentation Dinner Night at the Ocean View Terrace of the Hilton Waikoloa Village. |

Thursday, 14 July
Breakfast at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Transfer to Kona airport for your Hawaiian Airlines flight to Honolulu at 8:43am. Non-stop flight with Hawaiian Airlines to Sydney departs at 11:50am.
If you wish to use our special offer to extend your stay for two nights in Honolulu at the Hilton Hawaiian Village you will fly from Kona to Honolulu later in the day. |

The Beach Course
Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the Beach Course at Waikoloa winds its way along historic lava flows near Anaehoomalu Bay, almost distracting even avid golfers with hypnotic ocean views, swaying coconut palms and tropical tradewinds. Immaculate greens are well-guarded by numerous white sand bunkers.The ultimate Big Island golf experience may be the Beach Course's 502-yard par 5 twelfth-known throughout the islands as the most spectacular oceanfront par-five in Hawaii. Not only is it a challenging golf hole, its rocky point over the breakers is an awesome place to spot humpback whales and misty, distant views of other Hawaiian Islands.

The Kings Course
Waikoloa's classic Kings Course, designed by former British Open champion Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, offers the best of two worlds: a great links-style layout that reflects the rugged seacoast of Scotland - yet set on an island paradise with Mauna Kea in the distance. The Kings Course meanders over and around an ancient lava flow, and its wide, undulating fairways are framed by palm trees and vibrant flowers of Hawaii. Multiple tee placements, and challenging pot bunkers add complexity to the Scottish links experience, complete with a double green on holes #3 and #6.

The Competition
The event will be a team and individual competition with daily and overall prizes. Each team comprises of one professional and three amateurs.
The team event will be a 4BB stableford over four rounds with the best two scores from the team recorded on each hole.
There will be an overall scratch score for those on A grade handicaps and Nearest the Pins and Long Drives.
Handicap limit for Men is 27 and Ladies 36.
